The breakfast here was fantastic! They had fresh food, like delicious homemade cakes 🍰, and they kept refilling the cappuccinos. It felt like they never ran out of those tasty treats.

Stunningly beautiful and absolutely charming hotel in a great area not far from restaurants and bars, the bars outside below, and the bridge over the Arno. Nice staff with great local knowledge. Perfect and fabulous rooms with hot tub.

Loved the historical quality and old world charm.
Our room faced the main street, and it was rather noisy at night.

Staff happy to help and make our life easier all the time. Very pleased. Decoration truthful to the name of the place to the minimum detail, which makes the experience even more interesting. Thanks
Road works right in front of the hotel at the time but not really hotel's fault.

There are no staff on the premises after 11pm at night. We had a power failure in our room one night and had no air conditioning for the night.

Position in the main street was perfect and the view from window to street was great. Not very usual B&B but still we liked a lot. Possibility to WiFi is always plus. Breakfast was better than we thought (Tiramisu!). Atmosphere was very relaxing and adventurous. Personnel were friendly and helpful.
There were no lift and our room was in 4th floor... Personnels English skills were not very admirable but we got all the important information.

The room was really nice, with enough space to move around comfortably. It had an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a work desk, which came in handy. the room decorations were practical and the bed was super comfy. 😊

Location was good. Short walk from train station, fairly short walk to Pisa attractions, restaurant just across the street. Room was pretty, chandelier for a light, bathroom was clean. Never tested the shower, but the shower head was an oversized/rain style one. Included breakfast was decent: cereal, milk/juice, raw bacon, croissants/pastries, some fruit. Staff was friendly and made sure your concerns were dealt with before leaving you to your room. A little water cooler was available 24/7--very good for me, since I like to stay hydrated!
Internet is on a shared computer down the hall. Bed was too firm, pillows were also too firm. Outside noise (pedestrian chatter, construction) would make it harder to fall asleep before 11pm. Creepy lady across the street sat and stared from her window. Don't think there was an elevator, and the halls are a bit tight and zig-zag through the hotel.
